How will I know how much I will be billed?
Each week, if you’ve used your fuel card, we’ll email you to let you know the amount that we’ll be collecting via direct debit. You can then log in to your account to see your transactions on the ‘Fuel Card’ page.
We’ll then collect the amount by direct debit from your bank account. Your account is debited each week for the fuel you’ve paid for using your card in the previous week. If you don’t use your card, you won’t be billed!
How can I check the direct debit charge for my fuel card is correct?
You can see what fuel you’ve purchased using your card by looking at your fuel statement. You can also see the details relating to each direct debit under the ‘My Direct Debits’ section of your platform.
