The ‘My Balance’ area of your platform provides you with a full view of how much money you’ve got to spend. Whether you’ve boosted your balance by saving money or receiving reward points, it’s yours to spend on whatever you like.
Boosting your balance with discounts
When you order an instant or paper voucher, top-up a reloadable gift card, or use an online cashback offer, you’ll earn a percentage of the value back in your balance.
Why is this a good way to save?
Good question! Being able to boost your savings by ordering vouchers and gift cards for places you’d usually spend at anyway, means that you can quite easily accumulate a large amount of money for doing very little! For instance, people who regularly order instant vouchers or top-up reloadable gift cards for supermarkets typically have up to £500 in their savings balance at the end of the year. That’s pretty powerful stuff! Think of what you could do with that money…
Plus, by heading to ‘My Balance’, you can also transfer an amount of your choice to one of your reloadable gift cards (if you have any!) or out to your bank account if you have a minimum of £10 in your balance.
Please note, cashback has a validity period of 12 months from the date it enters your balance. If you haven’t spent or transferred the cashback within 12 months, it’ll expire and be removed from your account.

FAQs
How long does a balance transfer request to my bank account take?
A balance transfer can take up to 10 working days from the day after the request has been made.
How do I use my balance to make a purchase?
Simply head to your basket and start the checkout process as usual. When you get to the payment options, select the tick box labelled ‘Use your balance’. Once you’ve completed your order, the purchase amount will be deducted from your balance. It’s that easy!
Good to know: when you use your balance, please note that you won’t receive any cashback on your purchase.
What if I haven’t received cashback on my order?
Firstly, if you’ve ordered a voucher or gift card, please double-check that your order has definitely gone through. It’s always worth making sure!
If your order was successful, check to see if you used your existing balance towards your purchase. If this is the case, you won’t have earned additional cashback towards your balance as stated in our T&Cs.
Alternatively, if you’ve used an online cashback offer, it can sometimes take up to three months for your cashback to appear in your available balance. This is because you’ve transacted with one of our online retailers, so unfortunately, it just takes a little longer. It’s worth the wait and will be a nice surprise when it lands in your balance! As always, if you need support from us, please get in touch.
Why can't I transfer money from my balance?
It’s likely that you don’t have enough money in your balance to do a transfer as you need to have at least £10 in there to transfer anything out. If you do have more than £10 in your current balance and you’re unable to transfer it, please get in touch with us for support.
What does ‘Processing Balance’ mean?
If you’ve got money marked as ‘processing’ in your balance, this is the money you’re due to receive as a result of transacting with a retail partner using an online cashback offer. It can sometimes take up to three months for the cashback to be paid into your balance, so please bear with us! We appreciate your patience.
Can I transfer money from my balance to my bank account?
Yes! You need to have at least £10 in your balance to do this though. Just go to ‘My Balance’, click ‘Transfer’, choose how much you want to transfer and then enter the details of the bank account you’d like the money to go to.
Please note, there’s a processing fee of £1 when you transfer money from your balance to a bank account.
Can I leave money in my balance?
Yes, but please note that cashback has a validity period of 12 months from the date it enters your balance. This means that you need to spend or transfer it within 12 months otherwise it’ll expire and be removed from your account. We recommend spending or transferring your cashback balance every six months to ensure you don’t lose it.
What happens to my balance if my account is closed?
If your account is closed, you’ll have a period of time (normally six weeks) to transfer your balance to a reloadable gift card so you can benefit from the savings you’ve made.
Do I need to transfer my balance in one go?
No, you can choose how much you want to transfer at a time - it’s totally up to you! Just remember you need at least £10 in your balance to do a transfer and cashback has a validity period of 12 months from the date it enters your balance..
Will my balance increase if I transfer it to one of my reloadable gift cards?
No. The value you choose to transfer will simply get loaded onto your reloadable gift card. You won’t get a percentage of that value back in your balance as a result of doing that.
Are there any charges for transferring money from my balance to a reloadable card in my account?
No – there are no charges for doing that.
Have we answered your question?
