There are hundreds of items to spend your points on. So, whether you’re an adrenaline junkie, tech whizz, DIY enthusiast or you’re simply looking for a well-deserved treat, we’ve got you covered!
How it works
- Go to the reward catalogue: Head to ‘Recognition’ and click ‘Spend your points’ to access the catalogue. You’ll then see a range of categories to explore from ‘Electricals’ and ‘Experiences’ to ‘Beauty’ and ‘Home & Garden’.
- Find an item you like: You can either select a category to find an item, or type something into the search bar at the top of the page if you’ve got something specific in mind.
- Complete your order: Add the item you want to your basket and complete the checkout process as you usually would. If you don’t have quite enough points to cover the cost of your item, you can use a bank card to pay the difference.

How do I find out how many reward points I have?
On the homepage, you’ll see your balance displayed. Click on ‘My Balance’ and you’ll see a full breakdown of how many points you have.
Alternatively, go to ‘Spend your Points’. You’ll then see your points balance displayed on the screen.
What do I do if I don’t enough have enough points to buy an item I want?
No problem! You can just pay the difference using your bank card at the checkout.
How long does it take for items to arrive?
If you’ve ordered a physical product from the reward catalogue, it can take up to 14 working days for it to arrive.
