Instant vouchers
Instant vouchers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Reloadable gift cards
New reloadable gift card orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Loads onto existing reloadable gift cards can’t be cancelled or refunded.
Cinema tickets
Discounted cinema tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Paper vouchers
If you want to return a paper voucher, you must contact us within 14 working days from the despatch of your order. Please note, the voucher must be in its original condition, and you need to contact us first to get a “Returns Authorisation Number” (RAN). We can’t accept returns unless we’ve approved them.
You’re responsible for paying the postage to return your voucher. Once we’ve received your voucher, a refund will be credited to the bank account used to place the original order.
If you haven’t received your paper voucher, you must contact us within 21 days of placing your order to let us know you’ve not received it. If you contact us outside of this period, we can’t issue you a refund or replacement voucher.
Fuel card
The £14.99 fuel card administration fee is non-refundable. You can cancel your card by getting in touch with us.
Local discounts card
Local discounts cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Orders with online retailers
If you’ve placed an order with one of our online retail partners, you must contact the retailer directly to return an item or request a refund.
Reward catalogue products
If you’ve ordered an item from the reward catalogue and want to cancel it, you have 14 working days to request a cancellation.
If you’ve received the item and want to return it, please contact us within 14 working days. Please note, refund and returns policies are subject to individual retailers.
