Instant vouchers
These take up to 1 hour to land in your inbox and wallet.
Reloadable gift cards
New reloadable gift cards can take up to six working days to arrive in the post. These cards arrive blank, for security purposes, and need to be activated to load the funds.
When you top-up one of your existing reloadable gift cards, it can take up to four working days for the funds to load. If your card supports instant loads, the funds will be immediately available for you to spend.
Paper vouchers
Paper vouchers take up to 14 working days to arrive in the post.
Local discounts card
Your local discounts card can take up to five working days to arrive in the post.
Fuel card
Your fuel card can take up to four weeks to arrive.
Physical products
Please allow up to 14 working days for physical products to arrive.
