Search for the app on the app store on your device to download it for free.
Please note, your employer or membership group may use a different app from Boostworks which you should be made aware of.
2. Get your app login code
Already have a code? Just enter this in the app! A code may have been sent to you via email or displayed when clicking through to/registering your account with Boostworks.
Don’t have a code? Open the app and tap ‘No code? Let’s get you one!’ and enter the email address associated with your account. You’ll receive an email with your login code to enter in the app.
Entered your email but didn’t receive a code? This means we don’t have an email record for your account yet. But don’t worry! Just get in touch with us or speak to your employer or membership group.
3. You’re all set!
Once you’ve entered your code in the app, you can set up a 4-digit PIN or fingerprint/facial recognition for future access.
Oh, and guess what? You can log in to the app on two devices at a time, giving you more opportunities to benefit from the boosts available to you!
Just download the app on your other device and enter your email address to get a login code. Alternatively, just go to ‘App settings’ then ‘Manage app access’ in the app. You then just need to tap the plus icon to add a device and get a unique login code.
Please note, app login codes expire after 1 hour and you’ll be notified via email when you log in on a new device.

Is the app free?
Yes! The app is free to download on all Android and iOS devices.
What if my code doesn’t work?
App codes expire after 1 hour so there’s a chance it’s expired. Equally, it’s worth double-checking that you’ve entered the code correctly - mistakes happen to the best of us!
If you want to get a new app login code, enter your email address in the app. Alternatively, log into your account on a web browser and visit the ‘App’ page.
Just remember, you can only log in to the app on two devices at a time, and login codes expire after 1 hour.
Can I use the app on more than one device?
Yes! You can use the app on a maximum of two mobile devices. Just download the app on your other device and enter your email address (the one linked to your account). You’ll receive an email with your login code to enter in the app.
Alternatively, go to ‘App settings’ then ‘Manage app access’ in the app. You then just need to tap the plus icon to add a device and get a unique login code.

How to change your PIN
In the app, go to ‘App settings’ then ‘Edit your PIN’. You’ll be prompted to enter your current 4-digit PIN first and then be able to choose a new one.
How to enable/disable biometric login
In the app, go to ‘App settings’ then ‘Enable/disable biometrics’. You’ll then have the option to switch this setting on or off.
How do I log out of the app on a device?
To log out of the app on the device you’re currently using, open the app and go to ‘My Account’ then ‘My Account Settings’ and then ‘Log out’.
You can log out of other devices from the app too. Just go to ‘App settings’ then ‘Manage app access’. In the ‘Active devices’ tab, select the device and then ‘Log out’. This will instantly log your account out of the app on the relevant device.
Is my account information the same in the app?
Yes! All the information linked to your account is the same in the app. Plus, any updates you make in the app will be reflected when you log into your account via your web browser.
