Can I change my password?
Yes! Just log in to your platform, head to ‘My Account Settings’ and enter a new password. Please note that you’ll need to enter your current password to be able to create a new one.
What if I’ve forgotten my password?
No problem! Go to your platform login page and click ‘Forgotten Password?’. Enter your username and click ‘Reset password’ to be sent a new one. Alternatively, you can just get in touch with us and we’ll do it for you.
What if I haven’t received my reset password email?
Please check your junk email to make sure it hasn’t been sent there by mistake. It’s also worth ensuring you’re using the email address registered to your account. If you still haven’t received your reset password email, get in touch with us so we can help.
