My Account Settings holds all of your personal information that’s linked to your account. From this page, you can update your contact info, change your password and manage your communication preferences. To update your information, simply edit your details and click ‘Update’ to save your changes.

Can I change my personal details?
Yes, you can update or amend the personal info on your account. To do this, just go to ‘My Account Settings’, enter the new details and confirm the changes by clicking ‘Update’. It’s as easy as that!
Good to know: You can’t edit your name through your account. If you need it to be updated, please get in touch with us or your employer/membership group.
