‘My Messages’ is essentially an inbox where you’ll get notifications and updates about your account and the orders you place. When you get a message, you’ll also receive an email to the email address linked to your account, so ‘My Messages’ provides a quick and easy way for you to find the information you need as it’s all in one place!
What’s ‘My Messages’ for?
‘My Messages’ is there to provide you with quick and easy access to useful updates about your account and the orders you place. All of the updates you receive will also go into your email inbox, but ‘My Messages’ gives you the ability to easily find updates about your orders as soon as you log in.
Do I need to reply to a message?
Nope! Most of the messages you get are purely to provide you with updates or info, so there's no need for you to reply. If you don't need a message anymore, just click the 'Delete' button to remove it.
How will I know if I have a message?
If you have a new or unread message, you'll see a notification symbol next to your profile.
